PTA

Tiverton Friends is our schools parent teacher association (PTA). It was set up in spring 2006 by a group of parents and staff.

Our PTA aims to promote parental and staff involvement by organising fundraising and social events in the school. We also aim to promote goodwill and friendship within the school and the wider community. 

Tiverton friends have already put on some fantastic events and have raised around £2,000. This money will be used to directly benefit all of our children.

Events taken place so far are:
1) Summer Fair
2) Winter Fair
3) Sports Tournaments
4) Coffee morning and Tuck shops. 

Some of the events we would like to plan for 2007 and beyond are:
1) Summer Fair

3) More sports events
4) School Dances
5) International Evening
6) Cinema Club
7) Netball Club
8) After school club activities
9) School Trips
10) Quiz Night

The PTA welcomes new volunteers and members. Suggestions, ideas and help are always needed. Please see our notice board in Key stage 2 playground for dates of monthly meetings and other information.
